Timothy and his college sweetheart Carrie have four children: Allegra, Adelaide, Toban, and Tucker. Their family loves being active, outside, and enjoying what God has created.

Timothy Clothier
Senior PastorIn 2005, Pastor Timothy married his college sweetheart, Carrie. Timothy and Carrie started attending Waynesboro Grace in 2014 when Timothy began to serve as the pastor. He and Carrie enjoy life with their four kiddos: Allegra, Adelaide, Toban, and Tucker.

Damien Wagaman
Worship Arts DirectorDamien married his bride, Jennifer, in 2005. They have attended Waynesboro Grace since 2017. In 2018, Damien joined the church staff as Worship Art Director. Each week, Damien leads the congregation in singing Christ-centered songs of worship.
Damien joined the church staff in January of 2018. He and his wife, Jen, have four children: Rebecca, Eliana, Zack, and Ryan.

Jess Veen
Grace Kidz DirectorJess and her husband, Paul, were married in 2010. They began attending Waynesboro Grace in 2020. Then, in September of 2021, Jess started her work guiding and overseeing the Grace Kidz children's program at the church.
Jess joined the church staff in September of 2021. She and her husband Paul have four children: Emma, Luke, Even, and Levi.

Joyce Fitz
administrative assistantJoyce married her husband, John, in 1972. Two and half years later, she began helping to keep the church running smoothly in the role as church secretary. However, she saw her first Sunday service at Waynesboro Grace long before that, having attended the church since birth.
Joyce has been on staff for nearly 50 years. She and her husband John have been lifelong members of the church.

Eric loves gardening and serving in a variety of ways. He has been a part of the church 2017.
